When I look at gpu z my gpu is only operating in x8 no matter the load If I bifurcate the pcie slot in the bios to x8x8 I can get the gpu

Unfortunately I don't have another video card available to test if the PCI-E slot is bad I haven't tried using the other PCI-E slot
